When you hire an individual through CCARC, we do the work of training for free. A training specialist works with the person until you are happy with his/her skill level. Your fully prepared employee continues to receive regular visits from a CCARC Instructor to keep the employee on track and provide additional instruction or guidance when needed.
Whether on a short term or ongoing basis, no job is too big or too small for CCARC, and we handle the supervision and administration for free. Groups of workers are instructed and supervised on your job site by a CCARC Instructor supervising and ensuring that the work is performed to your satisfaction.
