The Clinical Services team, composed of nurses and behaviorists, employs a person-centered approach to address the healthcare and behavioral needs of those participating in both our day and residential programs.
CCARC’s behaviorists collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and clinicians to create effective and innovative plans promoting optimal quality of life and encouraging maximum independence for individuals. Plans emphasize a proactive approach utilizing strategies and coping skills to build on strengths and foster growth.
Healthcare needs are monitored round-the-clock by onsite nursing staff as well as on-call nursing support. This team monitors the healthcare plans of group home residents, provides support and trains staff in the administration of medications and other healthcare related duties, and consults on medical issues for CCARC participants.
