The Employee of the Quarter and Star programs are fun ways to recognize and reward employees who go above and beyond their typical duties. This may include handling a crisis appropriately and effectively; or finding a different and creative way to assist a resident or client in learning a new skill.
The Star program allows an employee’s peers or supervisor to recognize them for a job well done and reward them with a “star” redeemable for a gift card to a local merchant. Recipients are entered into a monthly drawing for a gift certificate to a local restaurant.
The Employee of the Quarter program allows peers or supervisors to recognize an employee for going “above and beyond” in their support of the individuals we serve. Nominations are submitted and voted on by the Staff Recognition Committee, made up of a cross section of employees. The winner receives a Day off with Pay, check, lunch with the CEO, and recognition at the CCARC Annual Meeting.
